Shipping Policy

Origins & Destinations We ship from Maryland, USA. At this time, we only offer shipping within the United States.

Rates & Flat-Fee Shipping Shipping costs are calculated based on package size: $7, $10, or $13. To keep costs low for our customers, we cap shipping at a maximum of $13 per order. Shipping is collected at the time of purchase in a single, convenient payment.

Processing & Transit

• Timeline: Orders typically ship within 1 to 2 weeks, unless otherwise communicated.

• Partners: We utilize Shopify and Pirate Ship.

• Eco-Friendly Packaging: In an effort to be sustainable, we use recycled materials whenever possible. Rest assured, we only use materials that ensure your treasures arrive safely and securely.

Handling Damage Claims Every item is packaged with care and thought. However, once a package leaves our hands, it is in the care of the carrier.

If an item arrives damaged, please do not discard the item or the packaging. To file a claim on your behalf please DM us via instagram immediately for the fastest response @agedandozidized. we require the following within 24 hours of delivery. We will need up to 10 photos of: 

• Clear photos of the damaged item/items.

• Clear photos of the interior packaging and shipping supplies.

• Clear photos of the exterior of the box.

We will assist in a claim, but reimbursement is not guaranteed and can be denied. Funds will not be returned by Aged & Oxidized before the claim has been closed and given by the carrier.
